nanaco point can exchange club on/millennium point 100 points or more by one point of unit.
※It is 100,000 points of upper limits each time.
※As for the exchange of nanaco point, procedure is necessary for club on/millennium card counter after visit.

nanaco point is available in Seven-Eleven, Ito-Yokado including sales floor of each SEIBU, SOGO shop as "one point of = 1 yen minute".

Club on/millennium card member terms

Article 1 [name of member card]
Among member cards which SOGO, SEIBU (as follows "we") issues, we call ourselves "millennium card" (by the following, both members card "member card") by card proposed "club on card" to by card proposed in each SEIBU shop in each SOGO shop.
Article 2 [qualification of member]
With member, we approve club on/millennium card member terms (as follows "these terms"), and, among customers submitted entry to with appointed matter of club on/millennium card membership application form for us, we are in customers who admitted by the enrollment 13 years or older.
Article 3 [privacy policy]
(1) We acquire entry (address, the name, phone number) of club on/millennium card membership application form and information (as follows "personal information") about the use situation of member card. About management of personal information that we acquired, we take responsibility.
(2) We use personal information that we acquired for the purpose of point grant for member, offer of member card incidental service, sending of various guidance such as development, business information, product information of products, service and transmission.
(3) When there is proposal from member by the following methods about stop of sending of various guidance from us and transmission, we carry out procedure to modify the without delay stop.
①When it is filled out predetermined confirmation column of club on/millennium card membership application form with disagreement
②When there is proposal on club on desk of each store (as follows "our each store") which is open using name of SOGO or SEIBU in Japan or millennium card counter (as follows "members counter")
Article 4 [issuance, loan of member card]
(1) We issue one piece of member card for one member as proof of member and will lend.
(2) Member signs in the person signature space on the back of the member card and we hold member card and, with attention of good manager, shall use.
(3) Member card shall be available only to members who signed. As proprietary rights of member card belong to us, member transfers member card to another person and cannot give loan, security.
(4) Service of the next year may be changed by purchased amount (tax-excluded) (as follows "a year amount of purchase") of product until the end of December or service in this year from January 1 in this year. In addition, we do recording of the amount of purchase a year with price for products or service payment time to modify the purchase ("purchase" as follows). In addition, in the case of the purchase, we may assume product with repair, processing recording at the time of product handing over.
Article 5 [expiration date of membership]
(1) It is said that expiration date of membership is until day that we set.

Article 6 [privileges of member]

(2) Points that member is given are as follows.
①For basic point, we are given point of 2% of amount of purchase (there is sales floor of 1% of parts, too) at the time of purchase.
②Point to be given basic point according to the amount of purchase until the end of December as follows about 2% of sales floors in this year from January 1 in this year improves. In addition, during period when point improves, we do with one year from February 1 of the next year.
・When the amount of purchase of this year is 200,000 yen or more: We usually improve at (2% +2%) 4% of 2% of points
・When the amount of purchase of this year is 500,000 yen or more: We usually improve at (2% +3%) 5% of 2% of points
・When the amount of purchase of this year is 1 million yen or more: We usually improve at (2% +5%) 7% of 2% of points
③As for the point to be given basics points such as food, restaurant, cafe, store specializing in tenants, midsummer gift year-end present gift center (food) regardless of the amount of annual purchase of this year about 1% of sales floors, it is always 1% of amount of purchase.
④Other than the above, we may be given point as access point.
(3) In the case of purchase on credit of club on/millennium card Saison, basic point in fate of Honjo (2)① is given 5% of amount of purchase (there is sales floor, product of 1% of parts and exclusion, too) with period when we set after at the time of purchase or purchase.
(4) We are given point with period when we set according to the amount of purchase on credit of club on/millennium card Saison during period until the end of December in this year from January 1 in this year. (there is sales floor, product of some exclusion.)
① When it reaches 500,000 yen (tax-excluded), we are given 2,500 points. When it reaches 1 million yen (tax-excluded), we are further given 2,500 points.
② When the amount of first purchase reaches 1 million yen (tax-excluded), we are given 5,000 points.
(5) Regardless of Honjo (2) and (3), the following cases are not given point. But, as a general rule, it is the year

① In some food sales floor, exhibition spaces in the case of purchase
② Using the purchase of reduction in price product or other discount in the case of purchase

(6) Regardless of Honjo (2) and (3), the following cases are not given point. In addition, the addition to the amount of purchase becomes target exclusion a year, too.
① When the amount of purchase per once is less than 1,000 yen (tax-excluded)
② By mail order in the case of purchase
③ When we purchase metal such as gold and silver platinum, cash vouchers such as gift certificate, gift coupon, stamp, stamp, tickets or prepaid card and when we pay tour costs
④ When we pay box charges for gifts, freight charge, processing, repair charges
⑤ When we pay taxes such as consumption tax, service taxes
⑥ When we pay accounts receivable in method except payment with credit card

(7) On expiration date of point given, it is on the end of December of the next year of age given. Point that was over expiration date lapses, and the next fiscal year cannot transfer.
Article 7 [the use, exchange method of point given]
(1) It is possible point given by preceding article (2) (3) and (4) allotting to payment of products or the service purchase price by one point of = 1 yen conversion at our each store or to change with rights to use point service that other companies cooperating with us run (as follows "point exchange"). In addition, we cannot change point for cash.
(2) In the case of preceding article (6)②③⑥⑦⑧⑨, we cannot use the points.
(3) About the amount of purchase that the points were used, preceding article (2) is not applied.
(4) About the use, exchange of point, it may limit per once or available point per day. In this case there is not use of point that we exceed the upper limit point that we set, exchange unless we recognized in particular.
(5) When member hopes for point exchange, we shall propose to us by our predetermined method. In addition, changes such as cancellation after we accepted application for point exchange, exchange product cannot return goods.
(6) We subtract the number of the points necessary for point exchange from than the point balance when we accepted application for Honjo (5). In addition, return for member of the number of the points that subtracted from when we have already subtracted the number of the points from concerned shall depend on method at our appointed time when point exchange is not possible for whatever reason.
(7) The use, exchange of point may not be possible for computer failures temporarily.
(8) We cannot use in transferring point given to another person, realization purpose.
Article 8 [member positive in families]
(1) With "member positive in families" (as follows "member of family"), we say all the members of family of living together that admitted among members that predetermined application procedure necessary for member of family was done. In addition, we do the number of members of family to up to five people among families lived together, and member of family shall be maintained with more than two registration.
(2) The person applied for shall file for application of member of family at members counter of our each store. (3) When it is applied for addition of member of family, we come with higher than one that it has been already member of family and shall file.

(5) When pro-member chosen in Honjo (4) loses membership by Article 12 or Article 13, please choose one pro-member newly. But we shall be able to choose pro-member in registration order that had you decide in Honjo (4) when there is not proposal of the choice.
(6) We do until the end of December in this year from February 1 in this year and update application of member of family automatically every year after the next year. In addition, privilege of member of family setting in next article (1) shall apply from the next year of the registration year.
(7) We will accept only when we are applied from the registration person or pro-member to members counter of our each store when member of family is resigned from.
(8) When we resign from member of family by Honjo (7) or when we cannot maintain registration as member of family by cases that lost qualification of member of family, privilege of member of family setting of next article (1) lapses.
Article 9 [privilege of member of family]
(1) About member of family, we add up annual purchase forehead of all the members of family and apply privilege of Article 6 (2)② for all the members of family according to total amount of money of the amount of purchase in the year added up. But privilege of Article 6 (4) is not applied.
(2) Separately from privilege of Honjo (1), we do not add up point of member of family individual.
Article 10 [notification of addresses of change]
When you change address, the name, phone number of member who enrolled in us, please contact members counter of our each store immediately.
Article 11 [cases such as loss or theft of member card]
(1) When we cannot use member card due to damage, loss of member card, we will reissue member card when mine, we which you take accept our procedure to set. In this case please bear reissue expense of member card which we set.
(2) When loss or theft of member card occurs, we do not take any responsibility about lapse of the points used by third party and point.
Article 12 [the loss of membership]
When member violates these terms or when we judge us to be inappropriate as member, in us, the member shall lose membership and total point without prior apologies to member promptly.
Article 13 [withdrawals]
(1) We shall be able to resign from member at any time. We will lose membership by withdrawal.
(2) When we resign, member does application procedure for withdrawal in the members counter of our each store and shall return member card.
(3) When total point remains in the withdrawal, the point shall lapse.
Article 14 [change of terms]
Contents of these terms may do change, revision or the abolition without notice.
Article 15 [processing at the time of purchase returning items]
(1) When we return product (as follows "purchase product") of the price payment finished, member decides to return goods in the store which purchased purchase product and shall show member card at the time of return of goods.
(2) When a return of purchase product is accomplished, equivalency number of point given at the time of the purchase product purchase is reduced.
(3) When the considerable number of points is reduced by Honjo (2), and total point decreases, we may pay the difference for cash in negative share.
Article 16 [about disclosure, correction, suspension of personal information]
(1) We accept inquiry about disclosure, correction, suspension of personal information from member, proposal or consultation at members counter of our each store.
(2) As a general rule, about disclosure of personal information, we will reply by our designated documents according to our procedure to set. In this case please bear our fee to set.
(3) When written answer is necessary, please bear our fee to set in correction, the suspension of personal information like Honjo (2).
Article 17 [Internet service for exclusive use of member]
(1) The use of Internet service for exclusive use of member needs procedure for e-mail address registration by member on, we homepage.
(2) On the use, it becomes premise about "the homepage use" of these terms and our homepage mention to have you agree to "about registration of SEIBU/SOGO Internet service".
Article 18 [other consent matters]
Even if member goes through member currently in not corresponding to antisocial power (gangster, gang associate member, gang-affiliated person concerned with company, racketeer, special intelligence violence group) and the future, we shall make a definite promise of not corresponding.
