We are thinking that we want to do various guidance from us and sales floor about customer information having you already register in club on / millennium members system, gift system and each sales floor continuously.

About "request such as disclosure, correction, suspension of customer information having you enroll in us," we mail answer book from us by registered mail by the following procedures.
When mail of answer book is unnecessary, in the case of (suspension) such as changes (correction) such as confirmation of club on / millennium point, address or family name and withdrawal from members system, DM stopper, we cope after checking being the person like conventional inquiry at club on / millennium card counter.

In gift center, we use address, full name of customer having you enroll in telephone book, system which we can ask to come of phone number for the purpose of convenience of slip filling in a form of customer. (like car navigation system, we cannot call customer who is not registered with telephone book)
About use of this system, it recognizes that it conflicts with the Personal Information Protection Law from the start enough to cause trouble for customer by the use except the purpose mentioned above and plans safety management of system, thorough prior education of worker.
We use personal information of customer about club on / millennium card with others jointly as follows.
